It gives us great pleasure to finally unveil Blink Tower’s new boardroom!

Yes, it’s a room… with boards in it!

What you’re actually seeing is our own take on Toyota’s well-known Kanban system (with a few extras thrown in!) It gives us an effective way of managing our progress across all projects, and is helping us to get an increasingly good idea of how we can streamline things in the future. Kanban scheduling is unique in that it’s a system based on “pulling” rather than “pushing”, meaning no project is dropped into the lap of someone whose hands are already full!     

Whatever the theory, it seems to be working - which is good news for us and everyone involved with Blink Tower.
